The Philippines, who is not a signatory to the Rome Statute (so the USA does not need to be a signatory to the Rome Statute to arrest Trump), on March 11, 2025, the Philippine president Rodrigo Duterte was arrested by the Philippine National Police and Interpol in Operation Pursuit under an International Criminal Court (ICC) warrant charging him with crimes against humanity. He is in jail on a 30-year-to-life sentence. That is where Trump belongs.
The only cure is to vote all Republicans out of the classrooms, boardrooms, House, Senate, and all government positions. Show all Republicans the door in 2026. (If there is an election, because 90 million registered voters (primarily women) stayed home on election day, thinking their vote wouldn’t count, so they counted the Trump votes instead, and Trump won. Thanks a lot.)

I (your name) wish under Article 15 communication, to report a Human’s Rights Violation of Enforced Disappearance of some 300 immigrants to avoid Due Process of the Law from the USA under President Donald J. Trump, to the State Party to the Rome Statute of El Salvador (ratified March 3, 2016) to President Nayib Bukele to be sent to the prison of El Salvador’s Terrorism Confinement Center (CECOT), and elsewhere.
Both President Donald J. Trump and President Nayib Bukele are equally (allegedly, through self-admission of guilt, a confession, statements have been made in many News Media interviews) involved in this violation of Human’s Rights Violations of Enforced Disappearance of sending a receiving these immigrants on the date of March 15th, 2025. The ICC can exercise jurisdiction over a non-national to have jurisdiction over both.
As seen in many cases that both the USA Congress by the majority of Republicans are unwilling to take any legal action against their party President, therefore we seek the justice of this Court for this two-country combined violation.
Also by US Court order President Donald J. Trump was told to return the planes with these some 300 immigrants back to the USA, which President Donald J. Trump refused, adding weight to why USA courts are unable and unwilling to cope with the actions of President Donald J. Trump.
With all of this body of abundant evidence, I wish an investigation into this alleged violation to be investigated.
