Trump Lawyer John Eastman just filed a completely bizarre motion with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals asking them to order the January 6 Committee to destroy emails he was ordered to produce to the Committee, and already produced to the Committee, on October 28 by federal judge David Carter.
