3 hours ago – Allow me to give you a glimpse into how this happened.
(1) All of the players in the January 6th horror were identified but NOT contacted at all.
(2) One or two informants (on Garland’s side) started floating around ideas that ‘justice was coming…everyone gets prepared!’
(3) Everybody on the ‘bad guy list’ was monitored (phones, emails, videos, photographs) as they were destroying their phones, burning documents, tossing hard drives into the river, calling one another, sending emails back and forth, and panicking to avoid their involvement (i.e, obstruction of justice).
(4) The DOJ has the evidence beforehand and their actions/reactions/comments during the panic to avoid and cover up evidence. The DOJ has it all. Now,
(5) the 30 people are subpoenaed to answer direct questions UNDER OATH about what they know, what was talked about, and what they did after January 6th. Every single person will rat on each other to mitigate their damage. Every single person will fall like dominos to bargain a better deal with the prosecutors. That is how the game is played. The criminals cannot win.
