I feel very upset and intolerant of war. I’ve always been a peacenik. I came into the world that way. When I was a child, the Korean war began and ended and the Vietnam war raged on for years. My father suffered from WWII, so he was never as fully present had he would have been if the world had been free of war. So I’ve always KNOWN war was never a good thing.
When a country attacks another country and starts killing civilians and hits civilian targets, they should automatically deem the attackers as war criminals and somehow the global community auto-start procedures to make their lives uncomfortable. My thinking may be radical and some of you think it’s crazy, but unless we hold people accountable for their actions, we doom the world to eternal trauma, the destruction of all that’s sacred, and probably the extinction of humanity along with many animals and plants that cannot get away from the massive destruction. How is it we are here in the 21st century and still acting like barbarians?
War is barbaric and anyone who profits from war should be required to use those funds for restorations for the victims of war. No one should profit from war nor gain power and control from acts of hostility.
