The Des Moines Register is reporting that Deborah Sandoval, 54, and her son, Salvador Sandoval, 23, both from Ankeny, Iowa (a suburb on the north side of Des Moines) were arrested last week after authorities received a tip from a friend who has known the family for 10 years and communicates with Deborah at times via social media. The pair were taken into custody last week but the documents detailing the evidence against the pair were not unsealed until this week.
Like all great criminal masterminds, the evidence against the pair is not only Capitol surveillance footage but the fact that both had made incriminating posts on social media, you know, as you do when you try to overthrow the government.
